Sealed proposals endorsed “2019 Cape Seal Project” , will be received at the Office of the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009
until 2:00pm, Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to perform a cape seal project for the City of Birmingham, the total of which shall consist of approximately 37,000 square yards of residential streets. This work must be performed as specified in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request for Proposals (RFP). This work may include some street surface pulverization on select street segments.
The City reserves the right to modify the size of the project to accommodate funds and approval of assessment district by the Birmingham City Commission.
The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter- Governmental Trade Network at bidnetdirect.com/mitn.
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
