Sealed proposals endorsed " City Hall Irrigation, November 25, 2003" will be received at the office of the Assistant Director of the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 25, 2003, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The proposal will be for the installation of an irrigation system for the grounds and landscaping at Birmingham City Hall, here in described in the specifications. Birmingham City Hall is located south of Maple Rd. (15 mile) and west of Old Woodward Ave. at 151 Martin Street.
