Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “Barrier Free Walkways for Allen House & John West Hunter House,” will be received at the Office of the City Clerk,151 Martin Street, PO Box 3001, Birmingham, Michigan, 48012; until 11:00 a.m., Monday June 21, 2010, after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Monday, June 7, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Birmingham Historical Museum & Park’s Allen House, 556 W. Maple, Birmingham, MI 48009.
Bidders must register for the pre-bid meeting by Friday June 4, 2010, by contacting Bill McElhone at (248) 530-1682.
The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified firms to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required for the installation of Barrier Free Walkways for Allen House & John West Hunter for Birmingham Historical Museum & Park’s Allen House in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
