ITB-CRESTVIEW LAWN REPAIR - Crestview Park Lawn Repair

Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “Crestview Park Lawn Repair”, will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until Tuesday, August 18, 2015 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.  

The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to refurbish the lawn area at Crestview Park, which includes adding material, laser grading to promote proper drainage, seeding and fertilizing. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP). 

The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
