Sealed proposals endorsed “DPS FACILITY EMERGENCY GENERATOR” will be received at the Office of the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 8, 2017, after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
Bidders will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at 10 a.m. at the Department of Public Services facility – 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, MI 48009. Bidders must register for the pre-bid meeting by 5 p.m. July 19, 2017 by contacting Aaron Filipski at 248.530.1701 or afilipski@bhamgov.org.
The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to provide, install, and configure a fully-functional, natural gas-fueled emergency standby generator system. This work must be performed as specified and in accordance with the specifications contained within the Request For Proposals (RFP).
The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info.
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
