REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Department of Public Services (DPS) - Wash Bay Renovations

Sealed proposals endorsed “DPS - Wash Bay Renovations”, will be received at the City of Birmingham, 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, MI 48009; until Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 2:00pm and after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Results will be posted on MITN.

Bidders will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 9:00 am at the Department of Public Services. Bidders must register for the pre-bid meeting by Monday, May 13, 2024 by contacting Connie Folk at 248.530.1642.

The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified companies to establish a contract for renovations to the Department of Public Services (DPS) Wash Bay Garage.
The proposal for this work must cover all contingencies, including all the labor, materials, and equipment, necessary to perform the DPS - Wash Bay Renovations.  This work must be performed as specified in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).  The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or by contacting Connie Folk, listed below.

The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
