Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “ Dispatch HVAC System”, will be received at the Office of the City Clerk,151 Martin Street, PO Box 3001, Birmingham, Michigan, 48012; until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday February 24, 2009, after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Tuesday February 3, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at the Birmingham Municipal Building.
Bidders must register for the pre-bid meeting by Friday January 30, 2009 by contacting Carlos Jorge at (248) 530-1882.
The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to furnish a proposal including design, installation, and equipment for a complete HVAC operation system for Police dispatch area at City of Birmingham in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
