Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed "Dump Truck, July 15, 2003" will be received at the office of the Assistant Director of the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 15, 2003, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The proposal will be for:
One (1) dump truck cab and chassis, one (1) dump body w/load cover, one (1) salt spreader w/prewet system and one (1) underbody snowplow.
Unit to be traded is:
One (1) 1991 GMC Dump Truck W/Diesel Engine underbody snowplow

The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until a written purchase order has been delivered to the successful bidder. All proposals shall specify terms and show delivery date. The City Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals; waive any irregularity in the proposals received; and to accept any proposal which it shall deem to be most favorable to the interest of the City.
