ITB-4-13(W) - E. Maple Gardens Water & Sewer Project - Contract #4-13(W)

Summary of Specifications:
The project will include installation of new combined sewers, storm sewers, new water main, pavement pulverization and installation of a capeseal surface on Dorchester Road and Yorkshire Road between Eton Road & Coolidge Highway, and on Edenborough Road between Maple Road & Windemere Road. This project also includes reconstruction of Derby Road between N. Adams Road & the Canadian Nation Railroad bridge with a new concrete pavement, and new watermain. Approximate quantities are as follows: 4,700 linear feet of main line combined and storm sewers, 4,000 linear feet of sewer service replacement, 7,500 linear feet of water main, 21,000 square yards of pavement pulverization and capeseal surface, 3,500 sqare yards of concrete pavement with integral curb, and 16,000 square feet of concrete sidewalks, plus other work to make a complete project. This project also includes installation of approximately 200 linear feet of CIPP water main liner underneath the Canadian Nation Railroad.
