Eton, Birmingham, MI 48009 Sealed proposals endorsed "Exterior Lighting at City of Birmingham Ice Sports Arena” will be received at Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009 until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 15, 2016 after which time bids will be opened and read. The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified bidders to supply and install new exterior lighting at City of Birmingham Ice Sports Arena indicated within the bid. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP). The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
