Summary of Specifications:
The Department of Public Services will receive, at its offices at 851 South Eton Road, Birmingham, MI, sealed bids for the “Fall 2007 Tree Purchase and Planting Project” until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 6, 2007, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Materials shall be in accordance with the specifications prepared by the Department of Public Services. The bid will be for the total project cost to provide and plant approximately 200 three (3) inch B & B trees and fourteen (14) bare root trees for the fall 2007 planting season in the city’s right-of-way on various streets throughout the City of Birmingham.
