Sealed proposals endorsed “Golf Cart Lease Bid – December 12, 2017” will be received at the office of the Director of the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, until 1:00 PM Tuesday – December 12, 2017, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The proposals will be for:
The lease of thirty-five (35) reconditioned Electric Power Golf Carts
The lease of seventeen (17) reconditioned Gas Power Golf Carts
To be leased for a three (3) year period with a “pay six month/skip six month” payment schedule.

All proposals shall specify terms and show delivery date. The City Commission reserves the right to reject any and all proposals; waive any irregularity in the proposals received; and to accept any proposal which it shall deem to be the most favorable to the interest of the city, until a written purchase order has been delivered to the successful bidder.
