Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “Golf Cart Lease Bid” will be received at the office of the Director of the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, until 9:00 AM Monday, March 3, 2014 after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The proposals will be for: The lease of thirty-five (35) reconditioned Electric Power Golf Carts The lease of seven (7) reconditioned Gas Power Golf Carts
To be leased for a four (4) year period with a “pay six month/skip six month” payment schedule. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at www.MITN.info. All proposals shall specify terms and show delivery date. The City Commission reserves the right to reject any and all proposals; waive any irregularity in the proposals received; and to accept any proposal which it shall deem to be the most favorable to the interest of the city, until a written purchase order has been delivered to the successful bidder
