Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “Holiday Lights” will be received at the office of the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Rd., Birmingham, Michigan 48009 until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 15, 2008, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The proposal will be for: Approximately 1500 strands of clear mini lights and 750 strands of colored mini lights (or equivalent) as described in the specifications to follow. Delivery is to the Department of Public Services at 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, MI 48009 no later than September 1, 2008.
