Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “Holiday Lights 2014”, will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until August 13, 2014 at 2:00 PM after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to supply 1500 sets of “warm white” LED M-5 mini lights. This work must be performed as specified in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP). The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info. The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
