Sealed proposals endorsed “Holiday Lights 2020”, will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until Thursday March 5, 2020 at 2:00 pm after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to supply 2500 sets of “warm white” 5mm LED lights and 500 sets of “multi-color” 5mm LED lights. This work must be performed as specified in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).

The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
