Sealed proposals endorsed “Holiday Lights” will be received at the office of the Staff and Services Manager of the Department of Engineering and Public Services, 851 S. Eton Rd., Birmingham, Michigan 48009 until 2:00 PM, Monday, August 14, 2006, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
