Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “Holiday Lights” will be received at the Department Public Services, 851 S. Eton Rd., Birmingham, Michigan 48009 until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, July 6, 2010 after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The proposal will be for: 1000 sets of clear incandescent mini lights, 3,500 sets of “warm white” LED M-5 mini-lights, 100 sets of green LED M-5 mini-lights, and 40 “starlight spheres”, all of which are described in the specifications to follow. Delivery Deadline to the Department of Public Services at 851 S. Eton, Birmingham MI 48009 No later than 2:00 PM July 6th, 2010
