Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “Purchase and Installation of Ice Skate Resistant Flooring in the Main Arena”, will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 South Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 2:00 pm Tuesday, July 14, 2015 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified firms to supply, deliver, and install new ice skate resistant flooring, herein described in the specifications, replacing a portion of the existing matting located in the main arena totaling approximately 2,150 square feet at the Birmingham Ice Sports Arena. The project is located inside of the Birmingham Ice Sports Arena located at 2300 E. Lincoln, Birmingham MI between Fourteen Mile and Maple Road east of Eton Road. All work must be completed by August 14, 2015. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).

The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
