Sealed proposals endorsed "Purchase and Installation of Seam-Free Restoration Roofing System for the Steel Roof for the Studio Arena, Wednesday, June 3, 2009" will be received at the office of the Staff & Services Manager, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 3, 2009, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The proposal will be for the supply, delivery, and installation of a seam-free restoration roofing system for the steel roof for the studio arena of the Birmingham Ice Sports Arena, herein described in the specifications. The proposed project involves the steel roof for the studio arena at the Birmingham Ice Sports Arena located at 2300 E. Lincoln, Birmingham MI between Fourteen Mile and Maple Road east of Eton Road.

The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an Agreement is executed by both parties. All proposals shall specify terms and show delivery date. The City Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals; waive any irregularity in the proposals received; and to accept any proposal which it shall deem to be most favorable to the interest of the City.
