Summary of Specifications:
The City of Birmingham has irrigation systems of various sizes installed at 26 locations. The City is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors to start up, repair, winterize, and perform routine maintenance to existing irrigation systems. Pricing is also requested for installation services for new irrigation systems that may arise throughout the contract term. The contract term shall be three (3) years in length commencing on May 1, 2011 and ending November 10, 2013 with the City’s option to extend the contract for two (2) years, ending November 10, 2015.
