Summary of Specifications:
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS For “Irrigation Services, Birmingham MI” Sealed proposals endorsed “Irrigation Services, Birmingham, MI”, will be received at the Office of the Department of Public Services, 851 S Eton Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until Tuesday, February 25th, 2014 at 2:00 pm after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
Bidders will be required to perform a site visit to the area where the project will be performed.
The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to start up, repair, winterize, and perform routine maintenance to existing irrigation systems of various sizes installed at 26 locations throughout the City. This work must be performed as specified in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info.
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
