Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “Lawn Care Maintenance" will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009 until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2011 after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read. The proposal will be for lawn care, mowing and maintenance of designated locations throughout the City including Woodward Median maintenance. Additionally, the bid will include the mowing of private lots that have been determined by the department to be in violation of the City’s Grass and Noxious Weeds ordinance.
