Frank ReWold and Son Inc. has been selected as construction manager for the lower level remodeling at the Baldwin Library in Birmingham. Drawings and specifications on DC can be obtained from Frank ReWold and Son Inc. or by direct purchase from Dunn Blue, 1009 W. Maple Rd., Clawson, MI at (248) 288-5600. Contractors may biew and order the drawings by visiting www.dunnblue.com; click on PlanWell Enterprise; click on Public Planroom; and select Baldwin Library to order sheets/drawings. Call Paul Weisenbach at (248) 601-1224 with any questions.

Faxed or email bids with NOT be accepted. Sealed bids will be received at the Baldwin Public Library on Monday, November 5, 2007 at noon sharp. A public bid opening will be held at 2:00 p.m. in the Community room on the same day.
