REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Main Garage Roof Replacement at the Department of Public Services Facility Sealed bid proposals endorsed “Main Garage Roof Replacement at the Department of Public Services Facility”, will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 1:00 PM, Tuesday, April 28, 2015 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at 8:30 AM at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, MI 48009. Bidders must register for the pre-bid meeting by Tuesday, April 21, 2015 by contacting Paul Matthews at 248-530-1715 or pmatthews@bhamgov.org. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications prepared by the City of Birmingham, Department of Public Services. Specifications are available exclusively via the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Main Garage Roof Replacement at the Department of Public Services Facility”. The date and time of the bid opening must be marked on the envelope. The City of Birmingham reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularity in a bid when deemed in the best interest of the City. The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until a written purchase order has been delivered to the successful bidder.
