Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed "Maple Road Staircase and Retaining Wall Construction Project, April 17, 2007" will be received at the Department of Public Services Offices, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan 48009 until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 17, 2007 after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The proposal will be for the removal and disposal of the existing staircase and construction of a new staircase and retaining wall along the north side of E. Maple, just west of the Grand Trunk Railroad grade, herein described in the specifications.
