Summary of Specifications:
Proposals endorsed “Meeting room Audiovisual proposal”, will be received at the Administrative Office of the Baldwin Public Library, 300 West Merrill Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 6, 2008, at which time proposals will be publicly opened and read. Bidders may attend a pre-bid meeting on Wednesday January 30 at 2:00 p.m. at the Baldwin Public Library. The Baldwin Public Library, Birmingham, Michigan is accepting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide costs to design, build, and furnish all labor, material and equipment required to design and install audiovisual equipment in the lower public meeting and computer lab areas of the library and to train staff in its operation, in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP). The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) at http://www.mitn.info or at the Baldwin Public Library 300 West Merrill Birmingham, MI 48009 or at Baldwin Public Library website www.baldwinlib.org Any request for clarification of this RFP shall be made in writing and delivered to: Doug Koschik, Asst. Director for Technology, Baldwin Public Library, 300 West Merrill Street, Birmingham, MI 48009 or to koschikd@baldwinlib.org. Such request for clarification shall be delivered, in writing, at least three (3) business days prior to the date for receipt of proposals. The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the Library until an agreement has been executed. Martha L.
