Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “New Concrete Floor for Springdale Pavilion”, will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, 151 Martin Street, PO Box 3001, Birmingham, Michigan, 48012; until Tuesday December 6, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Wednesday November 16, 2016 at 9:00 a.m., Springdale Golf Course and Park. Bidders must register for the pre-bid meeting by 5 pm Tuesday November 15, 2016 by contacting Carrie Laird, 248-530-1714, or claird@bhamgov.org. The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and necessary supplies for the installation of a new concrete floor for the Pavilion at Springdale Golf course located in the City of Birmingham. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP). The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info. The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
