REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
For a New AC System for IT Computer Room
Sealed proposals endorsed “ Computer Room AC System”, will be received at the Office of the City Clerk,151 Martin Street, PO Box 3001, Birmingham, Michigan, 48012; until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday July 14, 2010, after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday June 24, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. at the Birmingham Municipal Building.
Bidders must register for the pre-bid meeting by Wednesday June 23, 2010 by contacting Carlos Jorge at (248) 530-1882.
The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required for the installation of a new AC System for the computer room at City of Birmingham in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or at the City of Birmingham Maintenance Department, 151 Martin St., Birmingham, Michigan.
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
