On Call Painting Services - On Call Painting Services

The City of Birmingham invites quotations from qualified painting contractors to
provide on call painting services.  The contractor should have a minimum of three
(3) years’ experience on an “as needed basis”.  The city will coordinate the work of
the painting contractor on the site.  The contractor will report any deficiencies to
the city which could affect the final workmanship.

The majority of the city’s on call painting services are required from May to
September; however, services may be required throughout the year. 

Typical lead-time for on call painting services is forty-eight (48) hour’s notice –
however, more or less time may be given depending on the project. 

Time is of the essence so once the contractor is contacted about a particular
painting project the contractor should complete in a timely manner.
