ITB-5-10PK - PIERCE STREET PARKING STRUCTURE RESTORATION LEVELS 4 & 5 – 2011

Summary of Specifications:
The work will consist of repairs and maintenance to Levels 4 and 5 in the Pierce Street Parking Structure. Work will include but not limited to the following: 1. Concrete repairs and maintenance of concrete driving surfaces, ceilings, and columns. 2. Waterproofing materials repair and maintenance: specifically repair and recoat work to the existing waterproofing membrane. 3. Replacement of failed or leaking expansion joints (elastomeric edged and silicone seal). 4. Repairs and maintenance of façade elements. 5. Minor stair tower repairs, including repairs to deteriorated concrete stair treads, landings, and repairs to the existing waterproofing membrane. Approximate quantities are as follows: 12,500 sq. ft of floor, ceiling and other concrete repairs, 1,050 linear feet of crack sealing and joint repair, and 82,000 sq. ft of waterproofing membrane recoat work, 8,000 sq. ft of traffic topping repair work, plus other work to make a complete project.
