Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed will be received at the Principal Shopping District, 151 Martin St., Birmingham, Michigan 48009 until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 9, 2012 after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The proposal will be for: Electrical Cable and associated equipment for the purpose of hosting an outdoor event during cold weather months. The cable would be attached to electrical generators which are rented. The intention of the Principal Shopping District is to purchase the cable in new condition.

In order that all proposals are properly evaluated, it is necessary that all bidders follow the same procedure in preparing their bids. All proposals must be submitted on the bid form attached.
