Summary of Specifications:
This project will include renovation of two elevators located in the Pierce Street Parking Structure, including new hoist machines, new non proprietary controls and drives, new stainless steel elevator cab, new cab and hoist-way doors, new car safeties, weather resistant door operation and detection, vandal resistant cab and hoist-way fixtures, new floors, necessary peripherals to meet ADA, Barrier Free and Elevator Code compliance, and other miscellaneous work to make a complete project. Bidders shall review and comply with all Contract Documents, and supplemental information, as defined in the Instructions For Bidders.
