Additional Bidding Instructions

The vendor will meet with a city representative prior to installation to confirm portable toilet location.
Placement will be April 5, 2021
Removal is based on time-frame stated on portable toilet cost proposal
Cleaning Schedule: For locations with one cleaning, Friday.
For locations with two cleanings, Friday and Tuesday.
Contractor should strictly adhere to this schedule unless unsuitable ground conditions or extenuating circumstances exist. If such conditions exist, Contractor to contact Connie Folk at 248-530-1642 and schedule the service for a later date.
Portable Toilets should have a hand sanitizer station installed and should be refilled each weekly maintenance visit.
Condition: Above average condition
Color options: Tan or Dark Green. Dark Green preferred. Please submit a photo with quote.
Booth Park & Shain Park Portable Toilet needs to be ADA accessible.
