Sealed proposals endorsed "Reconstruction-Crestview Tennis Courts, Birmingham MI., Tuesday, August 22, 2005" will be received at the office of the Assistant Director of Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 22, 2005, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The proposal will be for the removal and construction of the existing tennis courts, herein described in the specifications. The project is located at Crestview Park, located on Southfield Road, between fourteen mile Road and Lincoln Road. The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until a Contract is executed by both parties. All proposals shall specify terms and show delivery date. The City Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals; waive any irregularity in the proposals received; and to accept any proposal which it shall deem to be most favorable to the interest of the City.
