Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “Municipal Printing Services”, will be received at the Office of the City Clerk,151 Martin Street, PO Box 3001, Birmingham, Michigan, 48012; until 4:30 p.m., Monday, April 5, 2004, after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. 

The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from professional printing companies to print, assemble and route sort printed City calendars and newsletters in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP). The RFP, including the Scope of Work, may be obtained online at http://ci.birmingham.mi.us or at http://www.govbids.com or at the City of Birmingham City Clerk’s Office, 151 Martin St., Birmingham, Michigan. 

The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
