Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bid proposals endorsed “Roof Replacement at the Springdale Clubhouse”, will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 10, 2015 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
Bidders may attend a pre-bid meeting Friday, January 30, 2015 at 9:00 AM at the Springdale Clubhouse, 316 Strathmore, Bloomfield Hills, 48304. Bidders may register for the pre-bid meeting by Wednesday, January 28, 2015 by contacting Jacky Brito (248) 417-7774.
Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications prepared by the City of Birmingham, Department of Public Services. Specifications are available exclusively via the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) at http://www.mitn.info. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Roof Replacement on the Springdale Clubhouse”. The date and time of the bid opening must be marked on the envelope.
The City of Birmingham reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularity in a bid when deemed in the best interest of the City.
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until a written purchase order has been delivered to the successful bidder.
