Summary of Specifications:
The project will include installation of temporary and permanent soil erosion control measures, clearing and tree removal, river channel grading, excavation and removal of soils from within the floodplain, installation of stone and tree grade structures, slope stabilization, furnishing and installing compost, specialty seed mixes, and planting live stakes and shrubs, plus other work to make a complete project. There are two separate sites within the City of Birmingham where the work on this project will be performed under two contract divisions.
