Summary of Specifications:
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Salt Brine Production, Two Product Blending, and Truck Load Out System Sealed bid proposals endorsed “Salt Brine Production, Two Product Blending, and Truck Load Out System”, will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday August 12, 2014 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. The specifications and standard features for the purchase of a Salt Brine Production, Two Product Blending, and Truck Load Out System are indicated on the attached sheets. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the attached specifications prepared by the City of Birmingham, Department of Public Services. Specifications are available exclusively via the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Salt Brine Production, Two Product Blending, and Truck Load Out System”. The date and time of the bid opening must be marked on the envelope. The City of Birmingham reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularity in a bid when deemed in the best interest of the City. The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until a written purchase order has been delivered to the successful bidder.
