Sealed proposals endorsed “Shain Park and City Hall Paver Restoration”, will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 11 a.m., after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
Bidders will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 9 a.m. at City Hall, 151 Martin St., Birmingham, MI 48009.
The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to paver restoration at Shain Park and City Hall, including installation of polymeric sand. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or at the City of Birmingham, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, ATTENTION: Brendan McGaughey.
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
