Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed " Springdale Fence, December 9, 2003" will be received at the office of the Assistant Director of the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 9, 2003, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The proposal will be for the installation/replacement of fence at Springdale Park, here in described in the specifications. Springdale Park is located north of Big Beaver Rd. (16 Mile) and east of Woodward Ave. at 316 Strathmore.
