Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed "Supply, Install and Service Video/Vending Machines, Friday, September 10, 2010" will be received at the office of the Director of Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 10, 2010, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read. 1. To supply, install, and service (3) coin-operated video game machines (optional), (2) beverage and (1) snack vending machines not manufactured prior to 2001, herein described in the specifications, located inside of the Birmingham Ice Sports Arena located at 2300 E. Lincoln, Birmingham MI between Fourteen Mile and Maple Road east of Eton Road. 2. To supply, install, and service (1) snack vending machine not manufactured prior to 2001, herein described in the specifications, located at the City of Birmingham City Hall, 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, MI. 3. To supply, install, and service (1) beverage and (1) snack vending machines not manufactured prior to 2001, herein described in the specifications, located inside of the Department of Public Services lunch room, 851 S. Eton, between East Lincoln and Maple Road. 4. To supply, install, and service (1) beverage machine not manufactured prior to 2001, herein described in the specifications, located at the CSO building located at the Lincoln Hills Golf Course, 2666 West 14 Mile Rd., Birmingham, MI.
