The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting proposals from qualified professional firms to supply turf chemicals, from time to time, upon the request of the City. This product must be in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request for Proposals (RFP). All quantities stated, unless indicated otherwise are estimates and the City reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity at the unit price bid as best fits its needs. Bids shall include all charges for delivery, packing, crating, government fees, etc. unless otherwise stated in the bid document. Participants in the National IPA are to include pricing.
