Approximate quantities are as follows: 1,200 linear feet of storm and combined sewer, 40 ft of water main, 1,560 linear feet of curb and gutter, 1,294 tons of HMA, 275 square yards of sidewalk/drive approaches; plus other work to make a project complete.

Fully completed Sworn Statement of Qualifications must be submitted to the Engineering Department of the City of Birmingham prior to the bid opening. This shall be done for the above project before the close of business (5:00 p.m.) on Thursday, August 5th, 2021.

Sealed proposals endorsed "TOWNSEND & PEABODY PAVING PROJECT – Contract #6-21(P)” will be received from contractors by the City of Birmingham, at the office of the City Clerk, located at 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, August 11th, 2021. The proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time. Bids submitted after the exact time specified for receipt will not be considered.
