CITY OF BIRMINGHAM, MI REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TRIANGLE DISTRICT MASTER PLAN The City of Birmingham and The Community Development Department - Planning Division is soliciting sealed bid proposals for a professional firm to provide services to complete a Master Plan for the Triangle District within the City of Birmingham. The scope of work will include data collection & analysis, recommendations for parking, circulation, site planning, urban design elements, civic spaces, land use and market development, and development of a strategic implementation plan regarding the future of the Triangle District and how those recommendations can be implemented. Deadline for submission of a proposal is 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2006.
