REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS For Woodward Avenue Light Post Painting Project Sealed proposals endorsed “Woodward Avenue Light Post Painting Project”, will be received at the Office of the Department of Public Services, 851 S Eton Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until August 20th 2013 at 2:00 p.m. after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders will be required to perform a site visit to the area where the project will be performed. The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to paint light and traffic signal posts located on Woodward Avenue median between Oakland Av. and 14 Mile Rd. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP). The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or at Department of Public Services, 851 S Eton St., Birmingham, Michigan, ATTENTION: Carrie Laird.
