The City of Brighton, Michigan desires to employ the services of a contractor, or contractors, to rehabilitate three sanitary sewer lift stations located in the Pine Creek Ridge Subdivision. Work will vary depending on each lift station’s needs. The Base Bid consists of the refurbishment of the Hidden Pines (Pine Creek #1) and Arbor Bay (Pine Creek #2) lift stations with the Wyndam (Pine Creek #3) lift station submitted as an alternate bid.
