INVITATION TO BID
The City of Cadillac is accepting bids for a concrete alley project. The project consists of the concrete paving of an existing alley that is currently gravel. The alley to be paved is located between 4th Street and 5th Street, between 3rd Avenue and 2nd Avenue in the City of Cadillac and includes approximate quantities of 375 Syd of 6” non-reinforced concrete pavement and an additional 492 Sft of 6” sidewalk to be removed and replaced. Plans and specifications must be reviewed prior to the submission of any bid and bids must be submitted using official forms contained in the bid packet.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Director of Finance, Municipal Complex, 200 N. Lake Street, Cadillac, Michigan 49601 and clearly marked “ALLEY CONCRETE PAVING” by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at which time they will be publicly opened in the council chambers of the Cadillac Municipal Complex.
