The City of Cadillac is inviting bids for Ayer Street Improvements. Project will include removal and reconstruction of current street and portions of City sidewalks, curb and gutter, parking lanes, and other general improvements. Contract documents and detailed specifications may be obtained from the office of the project engineer: Prein & Newhof, 100 East Chapin Street, Suite A, Cadillac, MI 49601 (231) 468-3456 at a nonrefundable cost of $30.00 per mailed set of plans. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and labor and material bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Director of Finance, Municipal Complex, 200 N. Lake Street, Cadillac, Michigan 49601 and clearly marked “AYER STREET IMPROVEMENTS” by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened at the Cadillac Municipal Complex.
