Description

The City of Cadillac is inviting qualified landscape design and maintenance firms to submit a response to this Request for Proposal and Qualifications to provide professional landscaping consulting services. Typical projects conducted by the City include design of small gardens or planters and maintenance of same through the warm weather months. Maintenance activities will involve both planted materials and irrigation support systems.

The successful firm will be required to enter into a three-year contract with the City and provide proof of insurance coverage that is acceptable to the City. Contract terms will be mutually agreed upon between the City and the consultant.
